QUALITY POLICY
The basis of our operation is to keep our customers satisfied. We work with the object of supplying the ordered items free from defects, within the agreed delivery time, and in such manner, which maintains and confirms our customers' confidence in us as a capable supplier of automotive and aviation products.
Various inquiries and reports are used for observing the level of satisfaction among our customers. On the basis of received results we aim at developing our operation further by the means of continual improvement.
According to our ISO 9001 quality system we follow up closely the amount of the costs caused by defects. Our target is to keep the costs under 0.5 % of our turnover.
The quality and efficiency of our operation is maintained by training the personnel and investing in the most modern production engineering and methods. The necessary resources for maintaining the quality system are reserved as well.
All laws and other orders relating to our business are documented and followed. All employees of Oy Tammer-Suoja Ab are committed to follow this quality policy, which is reviewed by the management according to the instructions of our quality manual.
